The Registration Department will accept a permit to register for a class only if you send the request through your USC email account. Submit your request to register@usc.edu. Deadlines and instructions can be found on the Registration Calendar page.
Note: If you are an undergraduate and not admitted to USC, you may not use this form for email registration. Non-admitted, undergraduate, limited status students must register in person on or after March 11 in the Registration Building lobby (601 Exposition Blvd.)
