Payment of Fees
The University Cashier’s Office, located on the second floor of King Hall, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students who need to submit payment for tuition, fees, housing charges, meal plans and other charges may do so in person or by mail.
Online payments via checking/savings account transfers or credit cards are accepted on our Web site. Credit card payments are also accepted by telephone. For more information, visit www.usc.edu/sfs.
Check Cashing Services
The Cashier’s Office offers a check cashing service to students with a current university identification card and a valid driver’s license. This service is available only for first party personal checks made payable to “USC Cash;” maximum amounts are posted. There is a 25 cent service charge. The USC Credit Union provides automated teller machines on campus for banking services. The ATMs are located in the lobby area of King Hall and in "The Lot," located behind Grace Ford Salvatori Hall, and across from the elevator in the Student Union building.
