Social Emergency Medicine: Practicum with the CHLA CHAT Team (4.0 units)
Explores the social determinants of health through supervised on-site practicum with the Community Health Advocates Team at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and didactic sessions.
- Note: Please email the Health Care Studies department at mhcs@usc.edu to request Departmental Clearance. This course takes place entirely at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Students will be responsible for transportation to and from CHLA to UPC.
