Development of beginning improvisational skills including underlying principles of theory, harmony, jazz ear training, and jazz style.
- Note: The activities for this class cannot be accomplished effectively while everyone is masked. All students enrolled in this curse must be cleared by the Thornton School of Music to in-person aerosol-producing activity. The last day for any non-majors or non-minors to register for this course will be Wednesday, January 5th.
