Fraud Analytics (3.0 units)

Fraud detection model systems; identify normal vs. outlying behavior; malicious adversaries; complex datasets; supervised and unsupervised fraud statistical models; measures of model efficacy.
  • Prerequisite: DSO 545
  • Corequisite: DSO 530
  • Note: Proficiency in Python programming language and machine learning algorithms required for enrollment in DSO562. Sections 16237 and 16238 are intended for students admitted to the MS in Business Analytics program only. However, if any seats are available as of 12/7, other students can register via USC Web Registration.
