Instruction for Teaching English as a New Language (3.0 units)

Teaching linguistically and culturally responsively to linguistic minority students. Topics include learning theories, sociocultural contexts of language development, and assessment of language and non-language competencies. Duplicates credit in EDUC 543ab. Open only to MAT and TESOL students.
