Measurement of stress and strain; tensile, impact, creep, and fatigue behavior; statistical methods, brittle fracture; properties of structural materials. Prerequisite: AME 204 or CE 225, CHEM 105aL or CHEM 115aLg, and PHYS 152L.
  • Prerequisite: 1 from (AME 204 or CE 225) and 1 from (CHEM 105a or CHEM 115a) and PHYS 152
  • Crosslist: This course is offered by the CE department but may qualify for major credit in MASC. To register, enroll in CE 334.
