If you're looking for some convenient assistance with your weight loss and fitness efforts, now is a great time to join our Weight Watchers at Work meeting series. These meetings can help you achieve your specific goals with the valuable support of your fellow co-workers.

Join us as we learn how to make wise food choices and still enjoy what we eat, while losing weight!

You can attend weekly meetings, enjoy the insights and support of others, and receive coaching from a facilitator who lost weight with Weight Watchers and kept it off.

The free orientation meetings May 22 and 29 will help finalize the dates and number of participants for the sessions. Meetings will begin June 5, and most likely will take place Thursdays 12-1 p.m. at the Gould School of Law, Room 101.

With 20 members:

17-week series with free eTools for $186, or three payments of $62

With 15-19 members:

17-week series with free eTools for $204, or three payments of $68
15-week series for $180, or three payments of $60
13-week series for $156, or three payments of $52

A minimum of 15 participants are required for a Weight Watchers at Work
