Following a gourmet lunch, University Professor and State Librarian Emeritus Kevin Starr discusses his new book, Golden Dreams.
In Golden Dreams: California in an Age of Abundance, 1950-1963, Kevin Starr details the dominant economic, social and cultural forces in post-World War II California.
The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., and the lecture follows at 1 p.m.
