Thornton Adjunct Professor David Weiss performs with brother Abe (bassoon), sister Dawn (flute) and wife Alpha Hockett Walker (piano).

The recital will feature a new work from Bill Douglas co-commissioned by the group, and a sneak preview of Tomas Svoboda’s Trio for Flute, Oboe and Bassoon, before its official premiere in August 2010 at the National Flute Association convention in Anaheim.
