Join us for a series retrospective of ABC’s landmark 1990 primetime drama, Twin Peaks, created by David Lynch and Mark Frost. Throughout the spring semester, episodes will be screened followed by in-depth Q&As with key cast and crew from the production.

Over the course of the spring 2013 semester, we will present a complete series retrospective of ABC’s landmark 1990 primetime drama, Twin Peaks, created by David Lynch and Mark Frost. The critically acclaimed series and pop culture favorite had everyone in America asking, “Who killed Laura Palmer?” and the subsequent exploration into the fictional small town of Twin Peaks captivated the television audience for two seasons. Throughout the spring, episodes of the series will be screened followed by in-depth Q&As with key cast and crew from the production. These screenings will culminate with a special 35MM presentation of the 1992 feature film, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, which serves as a prequel to the series.

There will be a 30-minute intermission between the Episodes 2.8 and 2.9, during which coffee and donuts will be served in Queens Courtyard.

Episode 2.6: Demons
Directed by Lesli Linka Glatter. Written by Harley Peyton and Robert Engels. Running time: 47 minutes.
Shelly and Bobby, hold a "welcome home" party for Leo; Cooper's boss, Gordon Cole, visits to warn Cooper of threats; the one-armed man reveals some information about "Bob."

Episode 2.7: Lonely Souls
Directed by David Lynch. Written by Mark Frost. Running time: 47 minutes.
Ben is brought in for questioning after Audrey confronts him about One-Eyed Jacks and passes the information to Cooper; the Log Lady leads Cooper to the Roadhouse.

Episode 2.8: Drive with a Dead Girl
Directed by Caleb Deschanel. Written by Scott Frost. Running time: 47 minutes.
Bobby decides to blackmail Ben; the one-armed man leads to a grisly discovery.

Episode 2.9: Arbitrary Law
Directed by Tim Hunter. Written by Mark Frost, Harley Peyton and Robert Engels. Running time: 46 minutes.
Followed by Q&A with Frank Byers (Director of Photography), Tim Hunter (Director, Episodes 1.5, 2.9 & 2.21), Piper Laurie (Actor, “Catherine Martell”), Al Strobel (Actor, “Philip Michael Gerard/One-Armed Man”), Mary Sweeney (Editor, Episode 2.7 & Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me) and Ray Wise (Actor, “Leland Palmer”).
From a piece of Laura's secret diary, Cooper discovers he and Laura shared the same dream, with her message in it leading him to her killer.

The complete series will be screened across seven Sunday afternoons from January through April 2013, with the following order (start times & running times vary):

A 35MM screening of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me will take place in May 2013.
