About Heartbreak Yoga
Heartbreak Yoga is a humorous, thought-provoking, soul searching exploration of the heart organ, the heart chakra, and the heartbreaks smart girls suffer along the way. This East Coast/West Coast Fast Lane Adventure is part memoir, part instructional yoga guide and part self-help how-to for the cynic in every clique. Gathering some of today’s most renowned yoga teachers, kirtan artists, and spiritual leaders, this offering is guaranteed to soften even the hardest of hearts through laughter, tears and digestible servings of hippie granola wisdom.
About Amy V. Dewhurst
Yogi, producer, philanthropist, entrepreneur and adventurer Amy V. Dewhurst leads a full life, going from Hollywood film executive to teaching Yoga to refugee children in Uganda. She became fascinated with Yoga when working under the extreme pressures of the film industry, and she now runs a yoga and lifestyle company.
About Yoga and Love
Yoga and Love is a heartfelt book about using ancient yoga techniques to increase your magnetism and attract the love of your life. Author Vish Iyer teaches the secrets of finding love by exploring why people get into multiple relationships before finding “the one,” by teaching how to rekindle the fire in existing relationships, and by providing dieting advice to make you feel more energetic and confident.
About Vish Iyer
Rebel Yogi, speaker, author, actor, workout junkie, coach and entrepreneur Vish Iyer is a rare cocktail of spirituality, science and business all rolled into one. By example of his own 30 year meditation practice, coupled with being born into a Brahmin family lineage of several generations of Vedic Yoga scholars and masters in Southern India, Vish is a diehard believer that solutions to all human problems (including finding romantic love) lay in Yoga meditation and Yoga lifestyle.
