Journalism professor Joe Saltzman shares ways to educate faculty and postdocs on innovative research practices and topics regarding the Image of the Journalist in Popular Culture’s mission.

The workshop will discuss how the Image of the Journalist in Popular Culture (IJPC) can investigate and analyze, through research and publication, the conflicting images of journalists in every aspect of popular culture and demonstrate their impact on the public’s perception of journalism. The goal is publications in The IJPC Journal, an online academic journal that adheres to the highest standards of peer review.
