USC helps at-risk middle school boys, leveraging their interest in football to enhance academic performance and build character.
The Youth Impact Program serves at-risk 6th grade and 7th grade boys at select schools in L.A. Through the program, they get off the streets for four weeks during the summer, getting the chance to improve their academic performance, develop character and build long-term mentoring relationships with established and local inner-city community leaders and teachers.
