This workshop entails pre-reading, a project requiring participant design case preparation, and peer and faculty consultation about company projects.

Organization design is a critical organizational capability in today's dynamic global economy. For those interested in acquiring this important competency, we are offering this three-and-a-half day workshop.

This session is open only to individuals who have already attended "Part I: Strategic Organization Design Workshop" (or other CEO Organization Design Workshop). (In 2009, that seminar is offered in April and June.)

Faculty

Susan A. Mohrman, Christopher G. Worley and Edward E. Lawler. These individuals are faculty members and researchers at the Marshall School of Business in the Center for Effective Organizations. They are authors of many books and articles on organization design and effectiveness, including current work on designing for knowledge leadership, designing the strategic human resource function, building strategic change capabilities, and organization development.
