With expert guidance, learn how to fine-tune your health, quiet our monkey mind, and cultivate stillness.

You will learn how to help your inner spirit be in sync with the universal life force and wisdom.

In our class, you will learn Zen meditation, motion Zen exercises, Zen Buddhism and much more. You will unlearn biased judgment on people, unrewarding self-pressure, and incomplete knowledge about your own body and mind.
