Can that giggle make you healthier? Groundlings grad Joan Weiss shows how to harness the power of levity in your own life.

This interactive workshop, called "A Laugh a Day Keeps the Doctor Away: The Positive Role of Humor in Enhancing Health and Happiness," includes both a lecture and fun interactive activities that will give participants a chance to learn about the psychological and physical benefits of humor, while gaining practical tips on how to increase humor and laughter in their own lives and those of others.

Three continuing education units are available upon completion. To register, go to www.regonline.com/uschhumor.
