USC Roski School of Fine Arts Please join artist Sydney Mills and American media scholar Henry Jenkins for Whiz, Bang, Shimmer, Pop: The Rise, The Fall and The Future of The Video Game Arcade. Together with audience members, Mills and Jenkins will examine the transformation from epicenters of the vibrant, budding gaming subculture of the early 1980s into modest communities struggling to keep their doors open.
