ITAL 120: Italian I (4 units)

Introduction to current Italian. Oral practice, hearing and reading comprehension; grammar necessary for simple spoken and written expression. Lecture, classroom drill, laboratory drill.

• Note: NOTE: Students must register for one lecture and the Quiz section. Quiz section will meet seven times per semester for quizzes, midterm and oral exam. Students who have studied Italian prior to enrollment at USC must take a placement exam. D class assignments for this course available in THH 309; phone 740-1188.
