The Writing Center provides any member of the university community with one-on-one assistance for writing tasks. This tutoring is available for students at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and for native as well as non-native speakers of English. In addition, the center offers grammar, style and skill workshops that address specific grammatical and syntactic issues in small-group tutorials.

I haven’t been myself, but I hear the writing center is actually really helpful - a lot of friends of mine have gotten much better grades on their rewrites because they went in for help.
