Social Regulations

“Women may not visit a men’s residence unit except between 12 noon and 1:15 p.m., between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. or at an approved function after 8 p.m. unless accompanied by a chaperon approved by the Social Committee.
“When visiting a men’s residence unit, women students may not leave the lower floor.
“Serenades and other forms of activity which disturb both study and sleep after 11 p.m. are prohibited.”

Student tour guides conduct tours each year for approximately 50,000 individuals and organizations, including prospective students, alumni and friends of the university. Fifty-minute walking tours are offered Monday through Friday on the hour between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The tours leave from the Admission Center located on Childs Way, near Entrance 2. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online at www.usc.edu/visitusc. Tours may not be available on a given day or time.
