“A huge cardinal flag with a Trojan head in profile in the center is the Trojan war flag. Entrusted to the care of the Knights and Squires, the flag is hung from the tower of the Administration building before Stanford, California, UCLA, Washington and intersectional games, when they are played in the Coliseum. In victory the flag hangs from the tower through Monday; otherwise it is taken down Saturday.”
