From 12:30 a.m. to 1:00 am on Wednesday, August 20, users will not be able to establish new connections to USC wireless or the USC network, due to a scheduled database upgrade that will affect the network management system and the UNIX account provisioning system. During this time, no new network connections (DHCP addresses) will be assigned and no new wireless connections will be allowed. Existing network connections (DHCP assignments) and wireless connections will be unaffected.
